TBR has provided a signature service for over 20 years. Having a true understanding of the level of difficulty managing, maintaining and remodeling a property through personal experience, the company was created to help others facing the same issue – especially those with second and/or vacation homes. TBR provides reliable and insured services to homeowners, giving them peace of mind and confidence that bigger issues will be prevented down the line. We have built great relationships with the best vendors and contractors in the Miami area who help us maintain each property in pristine conditions. Attention to detail and allegiance to each property’s needs has helped us stay ahead of major issues. We are the ‘boots on the ground’ for absentee homeowners. TBR Property Management provides premium quality service throughout Miami including Key Biscayne, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell, and Aventura.

The company was established in 2003 by Toby Rohrer and is now owned by Aspen Beebe. Both have been Key Biscayne locals for over 30 years and share the same core values in providing a service of excellence to make life easier for each client. Working with Toby over the last 4 years has been an amazing experience. I have learned a profound amount of knowledge from her expertise, and I admire Toby’s vision & resilience. Her dedication and passion that has shaped this company has been truly inspiring. I am grateful & honored to continue leading this woman owned business. I am excited for the journey ahead and fully committed to maintaining the legacy while driving it toward new growth and success.

The team are incredibly service oriented. They take care of our second home like it’s theirs and are always checking for the little details and being proactive about them (for example they lets me know if light bulbs are out, if there is something about to break etc.). They've been a big help when meeting with services (electricians, plumbers, repairs), handling all interactions with them in a professional manner. We have tried several property managers in the area over the years and TBR Property Management is by far the most professional we’ve had.
