Kerstin Eskeli
My passion lies in both teaching and lifelong learning through continual education, especially in the areas of exercise, nutrition, and psychology. I’ve dedicated my career to training individuals to become stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies. I find deep fulfillment in the challenge of helping people overcome physical limitations and disabilities, tailoring each approach to their unique needs.
Beyond my work in wellness, I’m committed to giving back through animal care with my foundation, Key Kindness. I also find peace and purpose in beekeeping, which connects me to nature and the importance of sustainable living.

Understanding the body’s nutritional needs collaborates in creating comprehensive wellness plans that optimize healing.

Psychology

Psychological health is integral to physical recovery. Concepts from psychology—like motivation, pain perception, and emotional resilience—affect how patients respond to therapy. A deeper understanding of psychology helps physical therapists address mental blocks, manage chronic pain, and support behavioral changes, leading to more sustainable outcomes.

International Relations
Majored in International Relations at Rollins College
